Double Appointment at Prime Four, Aberdeen

Annandale Design is delighted to have successfully tendered for & been appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to design, manufacture and install the complete metalwork package, worth a six figure sum, for Anderson Anderson Brown’s (AAB) new office complex, located on the Prime Four business park at Kingswells, west of Aberdeen. The L-shaped environmentally friendly building which is expected to be operational in Spring 2016, measures 45 square foot and will have capacity for over 400 staff members.

Annandale Design’s work at AAB’s new office complex will include the design, manufacture and installation of four steel staircases & balustrades, a main feature staircase, two fire escape staircases, one roof access staircase and structural glass balustrades to two levels of the fantastic internal glass atrium space.

Following on from this successful appointment, the specialist metalwork and fabrication company has also successfully negotiated being commissioned to fit out an expert metalwork package for the Statoil facility at Prime Four.

Works involved at Statoil include the design, manufacture & installation of stainless steel & glass balustrades to the main feature stair as well as other bespoke fabrication work including structural glass balustrades & stainless steel handrails to external terrace.
